Paperwork is important
If I am conducting a performance appraisal and my staff has 35 unwritten reports which are life changing would I promote him?. No, I would be very alarmed. Let me just say this, STUPID, STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. Yes, you know who you are. Shame on you.
